Friday - Sunday, October 23 - 25: Cloudcroft, NM Mountain Cruise. Host hotel is the Hotel Ruidoso located at 110 Chase St., Ruidoso, NM 88345. A standard double queen size room is $70 - a king mini-suite is $80, a junior suite is $90 and a 2-room king suite is $100 per night. You can make reservations by calling 1-866-734-5197. Your registration will include an event t-shirt, an awesome goodie bag and a special pin! If I find something that requires tickets, that could also be added to the registrations. For those returning to the area and wanting to see things that they briefly saw before, there will be plenty of spare time this year! A cruise to Carlsbad on Sunday is planned for those staying in NM! For the Early Birds that arrive prior to October 23, 2009 there will be activities and a short cruise planned to explore the scenic roads around Cloudcroft.

Pack your bags and join us in the beautiful pine forests of New Mexico! There will be a Meet & Greet on Friday PM and a Saturday Poker Walk, through the wonderful village of Cloudcroft, NM! Cloudcroft holds a rich history of lumber and the days when getting to 9000' above sea level wasn’t easy. The Cloudcroft Museum tells stories of old and displays relics from the area. Local restaurants are good and close! Shop the old part of Cloudcroft and the newer parts of Burro Street. The people of Cloudcroft will remember the Cruisers from past years, so wave and smile because they will know us! Sunday morning there will be an Awards and Raffle Ceremony that will end before noon.

WE WILL HAVE A SHOW AND GLOW!! Depending on the weather, it will be Friday evening after dinner in the Hotel Ruidoso parking lot!! If something causes it to be moved to Saturday night, we'll resort to doing it then. I hope you can bring your lights and GLOW UP Ruidoso!! I'm donating a nice trophy for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd places. The charity will again be Equest Therapeutic Horsemanship Center of Wylie, TX! The raffle and 50/50 will help Equest...we’ll be helping them help others. I already have multiple vendors on board, helping to make the goodie bags and raffles as good as ever!!
